Terms and Conditions

1. Automatic Renewal of Services


Recurring services will be automatically renewed upon their expiration unless a written request for termination is received by Logosnet Services Ltd at least one month in advance.

2. Initial Term and Termination


  1. Services will remain in force for an initial term of 12 months. After this period, either party may terminate the service with one month's prior written notice.

  2. If the account becomes overdue, the service(s) may be terminated by Logosnet Services Limited without prior notice.

3. Effective Date of Agreement


  1. This agreement becomes effective when signed by or on behalf of the customer and by an authorized representative of Logosnet Services Ltd.

  2. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Logosnet Services Ltd and no representation, statement, condition or warranty not contained in this Agreement shall be binding on Logosnet Services Ltd. No alteration, waiver or modifications of the printed terms of this Agreement shall be valid unless signed by the General Manager of Logosnet Services Ltd and by a person authorized by the customer. The said terms shall prevail notwithstanding any variance or conflict with the terms and conditions sought to be imposed by the customer and the customer’s signature hereof and/or acceptance of delivery of the product/service shall be conclusive evidence hereof.


4. Assignment of Rights


The customer may not assign this agreement or any rights or obligations without prior written consent from Logosnet Services Ltd.

5. Payment Terms


  1. The order(s) will be invoiced to the customer after installation or the effective date of this agreement, whichever is later, and is due as per the specified payment terms on the invoice.

  2. Late payments will incur a 9% annual interest charge.

6. Liability


Logosnet Services Ltd will be responsible for any damage, injury or loss arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of the product/service if shown to be caused by negligent acts or omissions of Logosnet Services Ltd but under no circumstance will Logosnet Services Ltd be responsible for any loss of business or profit or any other consequential loss however arising including if any appropriate delay in a failure to provide maintenance in accordance with paragraph 8 or for any other reason.

7. Delivery and Installation


  1. Logosnet Services Ltd shall deliver, install and commission the product/service into service in the customers’ premises on-shore within the island of Cyprus. Logosnet Services Ltd will use it’s best endeavours to deliver the product/service on the date requested by the customer subject to availability of the product/service but will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred by the customer by reason of failure to deliver the product/service by that day.

  2. Prior to date of delivery of the product/service the customer shall at its own expense ensure that the installation area(s), electronic equipment, electrical outlets, connection requirements and access ways are suitable or are rendered suitable for the passage, installation and commissioning of the product/service. If any special lifting or other tackle will be required in the course of the installation the customer will either ensure that it is made available (together with competent operative in personnel) at the delivery of the equipment or will, in not less than two weeks prior to the delivery date, request Logosnet Services Ltd to arrange at the customer’s expense for the provision of that tackle and personnel. The customer shall pay upon receipt of invoice any costs incurred by Logosnet Services Ltd by reason of the failure by the customer to comply with this Clause.

  3. Logosnet Services Ltd shall bear the risk of loss of or damage to the product(s) until delivery of such product(s) whereupon risk in the title to the equipment shall pass to the customer.


8. Warranty


  1. Logosnet Services Ltd warrants the product/service free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period as stated in the warranty form and will without charge, at its opinion, either repair or replace any part found to be defective during that period on an exchange basis on-shore within the island of Cyprus during normal Logosnet Services Ltd working hours provided however that the customer will pay all the rates then currently charged by Logosnet Services Ltd for any repair or replacement made necessary by accident, misuse, negligence, wilful act or default except where such repair or replacement is made necessary by Logosnet Services Ltd negligence, wilful act or default. This warranty shall not extend to the provision, free of charge, of normal maintenance or supplies.

  2. The customer will notify Logosnet Services Ltd forthwith following a change in the location of the product/service during the warranty period.

9. Cancellation


This agreement is irrevocable and can only be cancelled through mutual written consent.

10. Governing Law


This agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in Cyprus.

11. Notices


All notices required or permitted hereunder must be in writing and delivered to the respective parties.
